1. Shipping

We currently process and ship orders within 2 weeks, but delays may occur.

General Guidelines:

Processing Time: Orders take up to 2 weeks to be processed and fulfilled (not including shipping time).
Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options, determined at checkout.
Delivery Estimates: Shipping times vary based on location, carrier, and method selected.
Each order is custom-crafted with care!
Please allow: additional time for custom or made-to-order items.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

🚨 Note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

2. Return and Refund

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, but we do offer replacements for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

To request a replacement:

Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

4. Custom Order

We love bringing your vision to life! Custom orders are accepted based on availability.

How Personalization Works:
During checkout, you will have the option to enter personalization details (e.g., name, colors, scripture verses, themes).
For intricate or highly customized items, such as:

Processing Time for Personalized Orders:
Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on complexity. Expect up to 3 weeks for personalized items.
Refunds & Changes for Custom Items:
Due to the made-to-order nature of custom products, all personalized sales are final once production has begun.

Kingdom Koncept Policies.

1. Deposit

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your event booking. This deposit applies toward the final balance and is due at the time of booking.

Remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the event date.
If final payment is not received, the booking will be canceled.

2. Event Cancellation

We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule an event booked with Kingdom Concepts, please notify us at least 7 days in advance for a partial refund.

Cancellation Fees:

7+ days before event: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 7 days before event: No refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

KingDom Crowns Policies.

1. Terms of Service

By booking with Kingdom Crowns, you agree to the following:
✅ Hair is NOT included in the service price. You must provide your own extensions if required.
✅ You must arrive with hair washed and fully blow-dried, free from any product. If washing and blow-drying is required, an additional fee will apply.

Wash & Blowdry Fee: +$15

2. Travel Policy

A $15 travel fee applies for mobile appointments. Additional fees may apply for long-distance travel.
